I've been very fortunate to work alongside some of the most entrepreneurial minds in the UK and I've noticed that despite being quite different people. There are five things that they all have in common.

1. They all have an mind that is open to opportunity & new things. They are naturally curious and questioning and because of that, are also good listeners.
2. They don't get stuck in the weeds of minutiae but they aren't afraid of data.
3. They surround themselves with great people, particularly in the mechanical functions of business, such as law, HR & Finance.
4. They allow other people to excel
5. They do not default to popular thinking and societal beliefs and they often buck trends.
